Organization: Newmarket Folk Society   Ages: N/A     Anne Lindsay has established herself as one of the most sought after fiddler-violinists in Canada. She has toured regularly with Jim Cuddy, Blue Rodeo and John McDermott and has recorded with those groups as well as The Chieftains, Roger Daltry, Led Zepplin, Dionne Warwick and Natalie McMaster. Her musical sidekick in this concert is Jason Fowler. Anne and Jason have collaborated for years as a duet and know each other's musical moves intimately. Jason is a superb guitarist and songwriter that you may have seen in any number of folk festivals or folk venues over the years.     Location is Trinity United Church, 461 Park Avenue (corner of Park Ave. and Main Street) Newmarket. Tickets are $20.00 each and are available at Nomi located at 250 Main Street South, Newmarket or call Carol or Dave at 905-836-9073. Virtually all of our concerts sell out, so purchase your tickets early. Tickets go on sale February 20th.
