Then, design your own new magic wand to create the right magic, all on your own!     Location: Optimist Room - Second Floor    Registration Limit: 20  FREE with registration    PLEASE NOTE:  Only registered children may attend programs. No substitutions.  Programs run pending sufficient registration.  Library and community media may take pictures to help promote Library Services.
