It helps to reduce fear and anxiety by providing children with skills and knowledge they need by teaching them to make safe choices, and giving them the confidence and skills to react safely to these frightening experiences.     Written by experts in personal safety, child abduction and predators, this program is a must in every child's safety education plan.  Children learn skills to help them understand:  • Tricks Predators will use to gain their trust   • How to recognize and protect their personal safety zone   • Listen to their personal alarm   • To focus on safe situations rather than places   • The golden rule NEVER GO ANYWHERE WITH ANYONE WITHOUT ASKING PERMISSION FIRST     Parents are asked to return to class for the final half hour. Here is where the students will show their parents what valuable skills they have learned! We believe that with parent input and partnership, the lessons will continue to be reinforced at home.
