SUMMARY:Transition York Region- Permaculture Intro - Sharon Temple
DESCRIPTION:Join Transition York Region for an intriguing evening with Garden Jane who will guide you through an introduction to Permaculture principles. Permaculture is the conscious design of social and garden ecosystems that mimic the diversity, stability and resilience of natural ecosystems. We ask and observe, what would nature do? This talk introduces permaculture ethics, principles and resources and their use in planning our gardening communities. We'll look at images together and discuss the short and long term possibilities for your home or community garden as well as York Region neighbourhoods. $15 or Pay what you Want. To register email info@transitionyorkregion.org or RSVP at http://transitionyorkregion.ning.com/events/permaculture-intro. This workshop will take place in the Temperance Hall, Sharon Temple, 18974 Leslie Street, ON L0G 1V0. https://taur.ecclesiact.com/2011/03/02/transition-york-region--permaculture-intro-sharon-temple
