Al and his wife Norma provided their property, Al’s Tack Shop, free of charge as a starting point for fundraising to many charities and non profit association.  All lost his battle to cancer in February 2006 and his family and friends have started “Al’s Ride” an annual fundraising event, entirely volunteer driven, to benefit deserving charities selected on an annual basis.
