DESCRIPTION:Ages: 6 - 9 years old    Fee: $8.00 per child    Location: Optimist Room - Second Floor    Description: Come out and create your own snow globe art! Children will be drawing a wintery scene from their imagination. Then, using a sponge to simulate liquid, the paintings are finished to look like they are inside of a snow globe. The process becomes a personal storytelling experience.     Extra Info: Library and community media may take pictures to help promote Library Services. If you do not want your child s picture taken please advise staff in writing prior to the program. Only registered children may attend programs. No substitutions. Cancellation of registration and refunds will be made upon receipt of a written request up to 1 week prior to the start of the course. An administration fee of $5.00 will be levied for each refund.
