DESCRIPTION:Ages: 6 - 9 years at beginning of program    Fee: $6.00 per child    Location: Optimist Room - Second Floor    Description: In this class, you will learn the art of quilling (or paper filigree.) By curling and manipulating thin strips of paper, you will create elegant designs to decorate the front of a Valentine's Day greeting card.     Extra Info: Library and community media may take pictures to help promote Library Services. If you do not want your child's picture taken please advise staff in writing prior to the program. Only registered children may attend programs. No substitutions. Cancellation of registration and refunds will be made upon receipt of a written request up to 1 week prior to the start of the course. An administration fee of $5.00 will be levied for each refund.
