DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wondered what makes abstract art valuable? Students study the famous works of Joan Miro as they learn about composition and colour theory. Then roll, spatter and glob masterpieces of your own! Now, that's art!    (6 - 9 years old at the beginning of the program)    Location: Optimist Room - Second Floor    Registration Limit: 15  $6.00 per child    PLEASE NOTE:  Library and community media may take pictures to help promote Library Services. If you do not want your child&rsquo;s picture taken please advise staff in writing prior to the program.  Only registered children may attend programs. No substitutions.  Cancellation of registration and refunds will be made upon receipt of a written request up to 1 week prior to the start of the course. An administration fee of $5.00 will be levied for each refund.
