DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of creative scrapbooking! Participants will be ripping, pasting and using the latest techniques to transform a regular piece of paper into a personalized collage bookmark. Please bring a few photos of yourself.    (6 - 9 years old at beginning of the program)    Location: Optimist Room - Second Floor    Registration Limit: 15 - $6.00 per child    PLEASE NOTE:  Library and community media may take pictures to help promote Library Services. If you do not want your child’s picture taken please advise staff in writing prior to the program. Only registered children may attend programs. No substitutions.   Cancellation of registration and refunds will be made upon receipt of a written request up to 1 week prior to the start of the course. An administration fee of $5.00 will be levied for each refund.
