DESCRIPTION:Come out and create your own snow globe art! Children will be drawing a wintery scene from their imagination. Then, using a sponge to simulate liquid, the paintings are finished to look like they are inside of a snow globe. The process becomes a personal storytelling experience.    PLEASE NOTE: Only registered children may attend programs. No substitutions. Cancellation of registration and refunds will be made upon receipt of a written request up to 1 week prior to the start of the course. An administrative fee of $5.00 will be levied for each refund. Programs run pending sufficient registration.
