Featuring riveting, impassioned performances from real-life couple Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly, Creation is a profoundly humanist rendering of the story of a man whose scientific ideas famously and irrevocably changed the world.
Silvercity Theatre Newmarket (East Gwillimbury) at Green Lane and Yonge Street. Films are shown at 7 pm with Door Prizes at 6:45 pm. Tickets are $10 and are sold at the Chocolate Cafe (formerly Everything Chocolate) located in the Newmarket Plaza, 130 Davis Drive; the Holland Landing Library, and the Mount Albert Library. Some tickets are also sold at the door on the night of the film.
All proceeds go to support literacy in the community. 2009/2010 Recipients: East Gwillimbury Friends of the Library, East Gwillimbury Library, Newmarket Public Library, Resurgence Theatre, Words Alive Festival.
