Chairman Danny Wheeler of the Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board and Chief Armand La Barge invite you to the come out and hear the Chief’s team make a presentation on the CANINE UNIT at the Board’s meeting on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 1 p.m.
Hear the answers to these questions: What is the role of the Canine Unit? What type of calls does the Canine Unit respond to? How does the Canine Unit track suspects? How effective is the Canine Unit in finding people who go missing? How important are police dogs in finding and apprehending suspects?
LOCATION: The Regional Municipality of York Administrative Centre, Committee Room A, 17250 Yonge Street, Newmarket. PARKING: Visitor parking is also available on Eagle Street west of Yonge Street.
