By June 15, 2010, employers for both large and small businesses in Ontario must have had a workplace assessment of violence, and implemented the violence and harassment policies along with other requirements of Bill 168 This Seminar will provide you with some of the necessary tools and knowledge for drafting and enforcing the different policies that this new mandatory legislation requires.
