Little worlds unto their own, Ontario’s ponds team with an astonishing array of creatures. Grab one of our nets and buckets and meet this cast of characters up close and personal, from dragonflies, to diving beetles, to water striders, to tadpoles, to sunfish.

Learn about the life and death struggles they face to survive and reproduce between the freezes.

The Koffler Scientific Reserve is at 17000 Defferin Street, King Township (between Hwy. 9 and the 19th Sideroad)

Fee: $60.00 per person. Includes lunch.
