On July 10th, for 25 bucks, you can enjoy a beach party at the Aurora Legion featuring the best of the Beach Boys.
The Beach Boys, according to Wikipedia, first formed in 1961. That makes the group nearly 50 years old. The group was initially composed of singer-musician-composer Wilson, his brothers, Carl and Dennis, their cousin Mike Love, and friend Al Jardine. This core quintet was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Class of 1988.
While the Beach Boys may not personally entertain you, their songs will. You’ll hear “California Girls”, “Surfer Girl”, and “I Get Around”, as well as most of the other Beach Boy hits.
