Through installation and technological applications Hengeveld considers our relationship with nature and how we tend to replace nature with synthetic materials. The Toronto-based artist questions our interest in controlling and shaping the natural environment. This solo exhibition includes Kentucky Perfect, a grass-growing machine, as well as a collection of new works and drawings.
