This event has run every year since 2006. Friends and family of the late Len Westcott gather to play hockey all day in a tournament organized by Reg Prince, Kevin McCabe and David McGrail. This year we also have Julie Westcott deeply involved in the organization of this great event. All proceeds are donated to Georgina Cares. All participants (hockey players) pay an entrance fee, bring gifts, purchase tickets for our raffle and do a great job of supporting this worthy event.
We could use your help too. Anyone one is welcome to come out and support our fund-raising efforts, even if it's only to drop in and chat with some of the many people Len Westcott had touched. Local MP Peter Van Loan and Mayor Rob Grossi along with Councilor Ken Hackenbrook have been regulars too.
