Children ages 3 to 7 are invited to come to the Library for "Love to Splash but Where's The Water". Children will listen as Silly Miss Tilly discovers that the ocean waters have disappeared, and use a lot of magic and silly fun to solve the mystery. Registration is required and the free is $6.50 per child.
