I am running a summer camp from Aug 8-18 with youth girls 12-14. This camp introduces girls to non-traditional sports and let's the girls do so in a safe and positive environment. I have partnered up with In Gear Cycling Studio as well as Yoga Flow Fitness to give the girls an opportunity to try spinning and yoga. Other non-traditional sports and activities the girls will get an opportunity to try out are hiking, treetop trekking, canoeing and rock climbing.
