Grand Opening of its new not-for-profit karate dojo

Shoshin Kai Martial Arts is proud to invite you to its Grand Opening of its new not-for-profit karate dojo, based out of MacLeod’s Landing Public School.

The Grand Opening will take place at MacLeod’s Landing Public School on Wed. November 9, starting at 6:15 pm. The school is located at 195 Silver Maple Rd Richmond Hill (just east of Yonge, just south of Stouffville Rd.)

The ceremony will consist of a ribbon cutting, demonstrations of karate, jujitsu and Japanese swordsmanship, and will include refreshments.

In attendance will be Councillor Greg Beros, representing the Town of Richmond Hill, as well as several martial arts dignitaries, including the Chairman of the YKKF, the world-wide governing organization.

Shoshin Kai is a not-for-profit organization whose sole purpose is to perpetuate the spirit of Budo by the practice of traditional martial arts. It offers classes for both kids and adults, as well as specializing in classes for children with Aspergers, ASD and ADHD in Aurora, Oak Ridges and Richmond Hill.
